We are happy to announce that WalkMed has signed a lease to move into a built to suit, flex space thanks to the work of Rare Space. This is an exciting move for our company. We grew into our former space in phases, and the layout of the space was no longer ideal. Rare Space led the effort to find a location that upgraded the image and quality of our space, efficiently fit the needs of our operations, reduced our rent by 20% and due to Rare Space’s negotiating skills, WalkMed saved over $270,000.
