Gorrell Giles (the “Firm”) engaged Rare Space to negotiate an extension of the Firm’s lease at the Guaranty Bank Building, and to explore other office leasing and purchase opportunities in Denver. Rare Space promptly assessed the Firm’s needs and desired office locations, and identified numerous options for the Firm. Simultaneously, Rare Space opened negotiations with the owners of Guaranty Bank Building. Rare Space gave us current comparable rates and TI allowances that enabled the Firm to establish the parameters under which we would remain at the Guaranty Bank Building.
