In summary:   

• Over time, KM had grown into space on two floors that was not efficient for their operation
• KM was on two floors which required them to move heavy and expensive laser equipment between floors
• KM’s current building had a lot of “deferred maintenance” and it didn’t work well
• Ultimately we ended up securing a 20,000 SF space in the tight Boulder market
• KM will be 100% located on the ground floor, with greater efficiency and layout
